All purchases undergo processing within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Shipping durations depend on the delivery location, with projected arrival dates displayed during checkout.

Customers are eligible for a full refund within two weeks of receiving their order. To be eligible for returns, merchandise must meet these criteria:
- Remain in unused condition
- Retain all original packaging materials
- Show no signs of wear or alteration
